Talent Acquisition Consultant

Les tâches

• You complete the full recruitment cycle for all temporary and permanent positions in the administrative sector, from posting the position to presenting your favourite candidates to your clients;
• You update the IT platform using all relevant information to the selection of candidates (CV and criminal record checks);
• You are taking care of your candidates - regular follow-ups, timesheet processing, record of employment, vacation;
• Maintain daily business relationships with clients and candidates to build already strong relationships;
• Your enthusiasm and you are on you're A-game for trade events and job fairs;
• Your curiosity drives you to stay informed about trends in recruitment practices;
• Carry out any other tasks related to the position.

Exigences du poste

• Whether in a boutique, grocery store, small business, your experience in personnel management, recruitment or customer service is the key to your success;
• For meetings with clients, you must have access to a vehicle;
• Your bilingualism far exceeds the popular "Yes, no Toaster";
• For some events or contracts, you may be required to be available outside the typical 9 to 5.
• You are available to work at our downtown and Laval offices to benefit from the synergy of the entire team!
