Tasks
Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for temporary and permanent positions—from job postings to presenting candidates to clients.
Employee management: Monitor employee onboarding and well-being to ensure a positive work environment that supports their performance.
Client visits: Regularly visit client sites to assess needs, adjust employee placements, and ensure compliance with work standards.
Administrative follow-up: Manage work hours, validate time sheets, and handle all administrative procedures related to employees.
Relationship management: Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and candidates, responding to their needs proactively and reactively.
Adaptability: Manage multiple files simultaneously, quickly reassess priorities, and adapt to client demands or urgent needs.
Other related duties as required.

Job requirements
Experience in HR or recruitment: Experience in recruitment and HR management, particularly in the industrial or customer service sector.
Communication skills: Proficient in French and intermediate English, to effectively communicate with clients and the team.
Tech-savviness: Comfortable with tools like Outlook, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Mobility: Access to a vehicle for client visits.
