You as a Workday Change Manager will:

  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives as they pertain to the Workday Implementation.
  • Work closely with the implementation partner, project team and the cross-functional leads to identify business impacts and track KPI's to measure outcomes.
  • Develop and implement change management plans that align with project goals and objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation
  • Work with cross-functional teams/change agents/change champions to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with business requirements and objectives
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that employees have the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to change
  • Work with the Implementation partner and Business Owners to conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, and subject matter experts
  • Stay up to date with the latest change management trends and technologies and apply best practices to organizational change initiatives

Is this the right role for you?

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent practical experience in an ERP change manager role
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
  • ERP/HRIS Implementation experience required. Experience with Workday, Oracle, Peoplesoft, UKG, SAP, etc.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
