  • Contributed to the design, development and implementation of strategic OD org-wide learning programs that align with org competencies, key strategies and culture transformation initiatives.
  • Analyzed employee engagement survey results and consulted with leadership to design action plans that address opportunities for improvement and align with an organization's strategic goals.
  • Developed learning sessions, materials and resources in support of employee, management, and leadership development.
  • Optimized the use of a LMS to manage, track, and report on learning activities across an organization.
  • Contributed to various talent related and broader HR programs and projects.
