You Have:

  • Work closely with third-party payroll services provider UKG to ensure timely and accurate processing of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Adjust and process bi-weekly and monthly earnings, pension, and benefit deductions
  • Create benefit import files and reconcile benefit deduction amounts
  • Run Enterprise audit reports and update payroll control files
  • Process monthly Board payrolls and create detailed pay statements
  • Calculate, reconcile and remit employee and employer pension contributions
  • Participate in internal and external meetings and audits
  • Stay up to date on legislated payroll compliance items
  • Assist with year-end reconciliations and preparation of T4s, T4As, T2200s, and ROE's.
