Established in 1978, SWCHC provides a wide range of health care services such as primary health care, health promotion, community development, mental health, and harm reduction. Job Summary:
The Recruitment and Learning Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. They will play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering an inclusive hiring process, and creating growth opportunities for employees.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage job postings, sourcing, interviews, hiring, and seamless onboarding experiences.
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Develop and implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Ensure equitable recruitment practices and promote diversity in hiring decisions.
Professional Development & Training
Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Career Pathing & Growth Opportunities
Support career development initiatives to help employees achieve their full potential.
Talent Acquisition Metrics & Reporting
Track key hiring metrics, analyze trends, and provide data-driven recruitment insights.
Development of Recruitment & Training Tools
Create effective hiring tools, onboarding resources, and training materials.
