You Have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities and tasks
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, an asset

And this is totally you:

  • Manage the Benefits and Total Rewards email inboxes, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
  • Provide front-line benefits administration service, including responding to inquiries, onboarding new hires, and offering guidance on benefits programs.
  • Handle group benefits plan administrative tasks such as enrolment, termination, and change processing.
  • Administer the enterprise's rewards and recognition program, including the Ovations peer recognition platform.
  • Support the coordination of annual special recognition award processes.
  • Support the development of a wellbeing calendar and/or the planning and delivery of wellbeing events.
  • Participate in the salary survey process and support the analysis of market data.
