Reporting to the Manager, Quality Improvement, the Quality Improvement Advisor is responsible to work as part of the team to help achieve Ontario Health atHome identified goals and targets. The position will serve as a champion, coach, and expert in quality improvement facilitation to ensure that initiatives effectively utilize quality improvement approaches, methodologies and tools to achieve identified outcomes.
The Quality Improvement Advisor participates in and demonstrates an understanding of quality, risk and patient safety principles and practices, following all safe practices and procedures to support a safe patient and working
This is a temporary full time position in our London, St Thomas, Stratford, Woodstock or Owen Sound locations with an anticipated duration of five (5) months.
