YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking an experienced Lead Systems Analyst - SuccessFactors to drive the implementation, enhancement, and support of the SAP SuccessFactors Platform. This role will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and working closely with HR teams to align technology solutions with business needs. The role will participate in defining high-level functional and non-functional requirements, evaluating technical trade-offs, and determining major system components and interactions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for the SAP SuccessFactors Platform.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to define business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and drive system improvements.
• Support system releases and updates in alignment with SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications (e.g., payroll, time tracking, third-party HR solutions).
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and security protocols.
• Facilitate communication between business partners and technical teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and implementation.
• Participate in defining system architectures, analyzing trade-offs, and determining major components and interactions within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Support M&A activity by accelerating the planning and consolidation of core capabilities such as employee migration, payroll, and benefits harmonization.
• Evaluate new systems and coordinate with the Solution Architect to develop integration plans within the existing infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support platform configurations and HR processes.
• Maintain a continuous learning mindset, staying updated on SuccessFactors updates and releases, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with strong expertise in Employee Central and RBP.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors configuration, business rules, workflows, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
• Certification in SuccessFactors modules is a plus.
