HR Advisor

Currently, we have an opening for an HR Advisor. This role involves performing HR generalist functions and providing comprehensive HR support across the organization. You will support employee relations, employee development, and workforce planning while driving key organizational strategy initiatives. Acting as a strategic partner to assigned business groups, you will ensure HR practices align with business objectives and contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.

What you will be doing
Support managers in addressing employee behavior and performance concerns.
Provide guidance on conflict resolution and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Conduct workplace investigations as needed.
Promote employee development planning and succession initiatives.
Facilitate performance reviews and guide effective feedback delivery.
Assist with workforce plans and analyze data to inform staffing strategies.
Collaborate with leaders to forecast needs and develop solutions.
Build strong relationships with leaders and provide HR advice to align with business goals.
Support organizational change and cultural development initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What you will bring along
Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
HR certification (CHRP, CHRL) considered an asset.
Bilingual in French and English considered an asset.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within Canada.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess issues and recommend solutions.
Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with business goals.
