Our Talent Management Department is seeking an Assistant, Talent Management to join their team!

What You Will Do

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will provide support for the provision of effective and efficient office services, coordinating and/or performing general administrative, clerical and secretarial functions for the department, section or group under guidance and direction.


As Assistant, Talent Management you will also be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to the department/section, including preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and events, ensuring all logistics (e.g., room bookings, technology setup, materials) are handled effectively.
  • Monitor, track, and update information, data, and records in systems such as SharePoint or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ensure all documents, files, and records are processed, organized, and maintained in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Identify discrepancies in data or documentation and take appropriate follow-up action.
  • You will assist with high-volume recruitment processes, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
  • Support the Talent Management team in onboarding new hires, including coordinating pre-employment documentation and conducting follow-ups with candidates.
  • Act as a point of contact for candidates during onboarding to answer questions and provide guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files to ensure compliance with industry standards and audit requirements.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

  • Your educational background including completion of post-secondary education in a relevant discipline (i.e. Human Resources) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent is integral and will contribute to the success in this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other HR technology.
  • Experience with data management systems such as SharePoint is an asset.
  • Your application will demonstrate previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience providing administrative support in an office setting, with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail is required.
