What is the opportunity?

This position provides identification and leadership on productivity and service enhancing initiatives as they relate to Capital Markets Technology Risk projects as well as providing oversight and participation in managing the CMACS application inventory.

What will you do?

  • Plan, organize and manage the design, development and implementation of solutions required to support technology risk initiatives

  • Evaluate and recommend enhancements to existing access controls

  • Participation in managing application onboarding, re-onboarding, decommissioning and exemptions to the CMACS inventory including current state assessment, analysis of recommended end state, ensuring User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verifications (PIV) are performed.

  • Manage the onboarding of applications to AACG's centralized control for access provisioning

  • Manage and oversee team members in the effective and accurate performance of the functions within the team to deliver consistent, quality service and minimize risk

  • Work with functional groups across the organization (i.e.supplier management office, infrastructure teams, compliance, operational risk, application support teams,etc.) to create, document, and maintain operational processes; provide guidance, assistance and support to ensure applicable Standing Orders within

  • Manage and oversee team members in the effective and accurate performance of the functions within the team to deliver consistent, quality service and minimize risk.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • Degree in related discipline along with 7+ years' experience in access control management; advanced Excel knowledge and experience

  • 2+ years people management experience

  • Strong relationship management and managerial skills dealing with all parts of platform and all levels of senior management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Accurately defines problems and identifies relevant factors while objectively considering alternatives and anticipating the impact of possible solutions.

  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be self-driven, takes initiative, a self-starter

  • Financial or banking domain experience

Nice to Have:

  • Related technology risk certifications

  • Capital markets domain knowledge and experience
