You will be responsible for effectively delivering a comprehensive range of hands-on-training in track operations programs to diverse groups in the Hands-on Training Center, on the job training, at actual work locations, in various shifts to large and small groups, and on a one-on-one basis. The incumbent is also responsible to read, comprehend and explain complex concepts, technical information and maintenance procedures related to the area of focus and expertise (Track or Track Tamping). The incumbent will also supervise the work of union employees pertaining to their respective discipline.
