The Talent Development and Learning Team for EY Canada is seeking a personable, polished and proactive individual to help us plan and deploy small and large-scale learning and networking events. The incumbent will work primarily with the Tax learning team and will have opportunities to contribute to cross-service line initiatives.
The Opportunity
The Learning Development Coordinator (LDC) assists with the coordination and logistics of service line and local classes. The LDC also supports the EY Learning Management System activities, as well as liaise with the Global Diversified Services team to submit courses/classes, manage rosters, draft and distribute learner communications, and facilitate course/class evaluations.
This role works with the service line learning teams and course sponsors to provide agreed-upon support for all classes. This role also works closely with the Learning Services Specialist (LSS).
