We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Partner to join our team. As a member of the Learning and Development team, you will partner with business leaders and HR colleagues to identify learning needs, design and develop innovative learning solutions, and deliver engaging training programs. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand your L&D expertise in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance and support on learning and development initiatives.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning requirements.

  • Design and develop comprehensive learning programs, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and blended learning experiences.

  • Create high-quality learning materials, utilizing a variety of tools and technologies such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Google Suite.

  • Manage the logistical aspects of learning programs, including scheduling, materials, and technology setup, to ensure successful delivery.

  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning sessions, both in-person and virtually, catering to diverse learning styles.

  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) ensuring content is current, accessible, and meets quality standards.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, through the collection, tracking and analysis of data, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery of learning solutions.

  • Research, recommend, and support the implementation and adoption of new learning technologies, platforms, and vendor solutions to enhance the organization's learning and development capabilities.

  • Create and maintain knowledge repositories and job aids to support employee development.

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on needs analysis, instructional design, and training delivery

  • Proven experience in consulting with stakeholders and providing L&D solutions

  • Expertise in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Bilingual (French/English)

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Workday

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning styles

  • Experience with training evaluation and measurement

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in L&D
