Reporting to the SVP Enterprise Solutions, IT, this role will collaborate with the Operations team and various department leads to identify training needs and initiate development plans for teams and individuals. This role is responsible for managing, designing, developing, co ordinating and conducting training initiatives and programs.
To be successful in this role, the Manager, Enterprise Training Solutions will have experience with various training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs, e-learning and different types of programs including technical training, management training and soft-skills development.
This role can be based out of our Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto office location.

The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $113,000 - $143,800.
The actual salary offered will take into consideration a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, education and training, the market compensation of the role, and the consideration to internal equity.
