We are looking for a dynamic and poised individual to support the execution of our employee well-being strategy and vision, as a critical part of our expansion globally. You are a passionate advocate of workplace health with a proven track record of implementing progressive and innovative approaches to well-being and mental health that are focused on driving cultural change and creating an amazing employee experience.
Reporting to the Director, Well-being & Health Services, People & Culture you are an innovative thought leader, and an insightful advisor to your team and to leadership audiences at all levels. You are known for building and valuing relationships across the organization, with senior leadership and with key stakeholders.
You possess strong data and analytical skills with deep experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, forming and leading programs, and the ability and confidence to present to all levels within our organization. You are a team player that understands the well-being needs of employees in today's workforce, and have a proven ability to inspire and collaborate to reflect and deliver outcomes.
In this role, you will work to support an amazing team of well-being professionals designing, delivering and assessing well-being and mental health related initiatives globally. You will be a key advisor as we continue to enhance and evolve our comprehensive well-being strategy.
