As our Manager, People & Culture, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing culture that supports our mission of excellence.
As a collaborative and innovative HR professional, the Manager, People & Culture you bring proven experience in the higher education or public sector. You will excel in working closely with leadership, playing a fundamental role in driving HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. With a keen understanding of People Strategy, you're adept at designing and implementing innovative People & Culture programs that drive organizational success. This position is responsible for the administration of People & Culture programs, policies, and initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, organizational policies, and collective agreements.
You'll supervise a dynamic team, lead key HR functions, and contribute to fostering an equitable workplace culture. Your leadership style is collaborative, and your consulting approach is customer-oriented, helping academic portfolios excel in education and patient care.
