Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to serve as our People Process Optimization Manager, focusing on Talent Acquisition process optimization, analytics, and technology implementation. This role will be responsible for enhancing the efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision-making within recruitment and hiring processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in Talent Acquisition technology, reporting & analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain real-time analytics dashboards to track key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline health, recruiter productivity, hiring source effectiveness, and quality-of-hire.
  • Leverage data visualization tools to provide actionable insights that optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct deep-dive trend analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement within the end-to-end hiring cycle.
  • Implement predictive analytics to forecast hiring demand, talent supply, and workforce trends, improving proactive talent acquisition planning.
  • Design and execute A/B testing in recruitment processes to evaluate new strategies, tools, and automation solutions.

Talent Acquisition Technology Implementation & Optimization

  • Participate in the implementation, and optimization of Talent Acquisition technology.
  • Suggest enhancements, integrations, and process automation to improve recruiter efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
  • Collaborate with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to align technology solutions with hiring strategies and business objectives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on TA technology, driving adoption, usability improvements, and training initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze recruitment workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardization while maintaining compliance and a positive candidate experience.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies to remove inefficiencies in sourcing, screening, assessment, and onboarding workflows.
  • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow redesign initiatives to improve TA operational efficiency.
  • Introduce automation solutions (e.g., AI-powered screening, chatbots, automated scheduling) to enhance recruiter and hiring manager productivity.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure technology solutions meet the evolving needs of hiring teams.
  • Lead training programs as needed for recruiters and hiring managers on new systems, analytics tools, and optimized hiring workflows.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Expertise in Talent Acquisition technology and process optimization.
  • Strong data analytics and reporting capabilities.
  • Proven ability to implement, optimize, and scale Talent Acquisition systems to enhance recruiter efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies for process improvement.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading enterprise-wide TA system implementations and process redesign initiatives.
  • Ability to translate complex hiring data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
