What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the SVP and MD, HR, Capital Markets and US, you will develop an integrated talent strategy for Capital Markets globally and support its implementation through direct management of the talent integration team. You will work with CEO and business partners to develop specific, data-backed talent solutions that address business needs in a coordinated and impactful manner. You will oversee HR priorities for the platform and ensure HRBPs are well supported across their business-specific talent needs. Acting as a "chief of staff" for the HR SVP, you will oversee planning, team routines, HR reporting cadences for the Capital Markets Operating Committee.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the HR SVP, develop an integrated people strategy for the platform, acting as an integration and prioritization point between Capital Markets needs and HR priorities;
  • Drive the coordinated, effective and efficient implementation of the strategy; oversee and/or execute the design and program management of all initiatives supporting the strategy; lead a global talent integration team.
  • Identify non-routine, un-programmed HR problems and shape, influence, and initiate solutions, partnering closely with HRBPs and COEs; implement solutions that meet regional and global needs;
  • Drive use of talent data and ensures all solutions are date-backed and fact-driven;
  • Work directly with business stakeholders to design and implement joint initiatives;
  • Lead team routines (team meetings / townhall) and support the HR SVP in the development and execution of the team development and engagement plan;
  • Facilitate HR input into CM business routines (i.e., reporting, CMOC talent presentation cadence, plans, etc.);
  • Oversee budget and planning;
  • Acts as a key contributor to talent strategies at the Enterprise and platform level.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Broad knowledge of HR, COEs and HRBP work and routines
  • 10-12 years in supporting complex HR programs / initiatives with a bias to action
  • Strategic thinking and consulting skills
  • Ability foster collaborative work between various teams, build relationships and influence stakeholders
  • Superior communication skills, both written and presentation skills
  • Financial acumen
  • Track record of managing multiple competing projects and deliverables and adapting quickly to changing circumstances
  • Excellent coaching and team management skills
  • Impact and influence among senior audiences and stakeholders
  • Making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity
