The Senior Manager, Business Transformation contributes to the overall success of the Retail & Small Business Salesforce Program. This role is responsible for leading and managing comprehensive change and training initiatives, engaging stakeholders and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program implementation, and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement where feedback from partners is sought and incorporated.
Critical to success in this role is the ability to build strong relationships with partners (both internal and external) and lead large-scale, multi-faceted programs.
