TEO delivers on RBC's brand of trust by efficiently managing the movement of money and driving innovation to enable core business partners and T&O. TEO strives to balance an exceptional client experience while driving resilience for the organization as we mobilize on our vision to scale, optimize and enhance our operations. We are accountable for enhancing RBC's industry leading position in processing a vast array of cash management, payments and trade products for clients on a global basis.

  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, helping to define and implement new measurements and management routines, such as:
    • Correlation of disparate data sets to identify new opportunities to investigate
    • Define our role with Intelligent Operations, a T&O-wide initiative to drive observability, monitoring, and self-healing across our processes end-to-end
    • Expand our forecasting capability to improve our planning and proactive decisioning across our operations
