What is the opportunity?
As Senior Manager, Early Talent Programs, you will lead the strategy and operations of the T&O New Grad Programs. Our team strives to deliver exceptional early talent programs for RBC. You will play a central role in contributing to these results while ensuring we continue to exceed our KPIs.

Reporting to the Director, Early Talent Programs, this role offers an opportunity to lead a high performing team and manage three impactful programs.
You will oversee the team that executes the programming,
manage relationships with key stakeholders across T&O (including senior leaders), and build upon our existing early talent community.


What will you do?
• Lead day-to-day program operations, prioritizing several work streams including strategy &
planning, stakeholder relations, and budget management
• Lead the development of program strategy/execution plans, providing guidance to leadership on
how to improve the programs on an ongoing basis
• Further develop the T&O New Grad programs as the needs of the business and students evolve
with the growth of and the overall goals of T&O
• Manage key communications to our stakeholders (e.g., Internal Leadership, students, people
managers internal/external partners), ensuring all parties are well-informed on a consistent basis
• Be an RBC culture-carrier both internally and externally, spreading the word amongst colleagues
and key leaders at RBC and attending relevant industry events, conferences, hackathons, etc. that
are external to RBC
• Work closely with our recruitment partners and student program teams

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
• Driven, results-focused with meticulous organizational, planning and time management skills
• Ability synthesize complex concepts/ideas/perspectives into an understandable format for a variety of different audiences.
• Experience managing mid-to large scale projects/programs involving and impacting multiple stakeholders.
• Able to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, and focus on relevant facts
