The Global Identity & Access Management (GIAM), Governance Team is responsible for the governance of established security controls pertaining to Identity and Access. Our IAM Onboarding teams work closely with operations teams to ensure our controls are in place and operating effectively to reduce risks to our Bank.

As Specialist of the IAM Onboarding you would be responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank's information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy and continuity by ensuring Logical Access is effectively governed for the Enterprise. You will assist with the oversight for access management through recertification controls, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e. SoD) etc. for enterprise applications and platforms as we onboard applications into our centralized system. You will also be responsible to carry out day-to-day operational tasks in support of Identity and Access Management through design/development/implementation of various reports, which can be leveraged to identify and remediate access as required.

  • Provide input for status reports for Executives and Major Stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback on detailed, risk-based evaluations of the design and operating effectiveness of InformationTechnology (IT) controls relevant to the IAM onboarding team.
  • Complete test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates and act upon required tasks as required.
  • Be a SME in new initiatives, creating/updating documentation as required.
  • Work directly with IT application owners to learn about applications, gather requirements and details and help provide feedback to Sr. Manager on best option to onboard.
  • Work with applications owners to put together file feeds and access control matrix or documentation to ensure that the proper logical access controls are implemented to meet the CISO directive standards.
  • Participate in the process to investigate, escalate, and track control deficiencies, review action items and security breaches to bring items to closure and to provide regular status to management as required.
  • Package artifacts for audit and participate in auditor examinations and walkthroughs of internal control design and operating effectiveness of GIAM owned processes as required.
  • Be the liaison with 2nd level support when applicable and provide resolution. If required escalate further to management for resolution.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if:

  • You have an Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • You have 8-10 years of IAM experience specifically IAM controls and risks.
  • You have Good understanding of various tools/platforms (i.e: Google Cloud Platform, SailPoint, Centrify, CyberArk, Active Directory, UNIX-flavor systems and/or LDAP)
  • You have Information Security background including an understanding of the security best practices, standards, methodologies, KRIs and KPIs.
  • You have MS Suite experience especially working with Excel (VLOOKUP, Duplicates etc.)
  • You have some leadership/people management experience in an operational role.
  • You have Security experience in Access Management or related field.
  • You have advance understanding of SailPoint Identity solutions.
  • You have experience defining requirements, processes, effective and efficient operational procedures.
  • You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • You have excellent organization skills and the ability to manage multiple intake channels efficiently.
  • You have Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to express complex thoughts clearly, know how to listen and contribute to a team environment.
  • Security designation(s) are considered an asset(s) (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
  • Fluency in Spanish is considered an asset.
