Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive HR expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside committed, knowledgeable, and supportive teammates. You'll shape the future of mobility by ensuring our human capital is aligned with our innovative goals. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including C&B, HRD, and line managers), providing strategic HR support and much more.
We'll look to you for:
Counselling Business on HR topics
Recruitment
Ensure project staffing and site HR support are secured on time.
Prepare workforce planning as solid base for recruitment and project ramp-down, create succession plans, and assure enough anticipation and effective implementation;
With the team, build a good base for sourcing of candidates, including internal candidates, and build relations with recruitment agencies;
Personally interview for key positions in area of responsibility, recommend whether to employ, and decision on salary & employment conditions. Influence line managers as necessary;
Makes sure the process of induction and probationary period is performed.
