The Sr. Manager, People Partnering provides strategic HR Business Partner support to Canada's Advisory Leadership to deliver people initiatives that drive business results. This role will work on key people team initiatives and projects relative to Talent Development, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations, Org Design, Transitions, Change Management, and implementation of HR best practices. Responsible to develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and programs under the direction of HR Leadership within Canada's Advisory business that supports the Company's overall business plan.Job Description
