Job Summary :

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a VIE Human Resources Advisor to join our growing team. An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the Global HR team of NAVBLUE, a 100% Airbus company. The VIE Human Resources Advisor will provide support to the HR team (4 HRBPs, 1 Comp&Ben Manager, 1 Talent Management Manager, 1 HR Specialist, 3 HR advisors) located in 4 countries (Canada, UK, France, Poland), contributing to a wide range of activities, in a dynamic environment, always looking at being at the forefront of HR practices.

This role will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow as an HR professional. You will be part of a transnational team who is keen to support your development within the role.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Specific support to NAVBLUE Canada HR activities and HR admin tasks

  • Master HR processes and provide support to the HR team worldwide:

    • Help the team with deployment of HR campaigns

    • Organize and prepare respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers

    • Be the HR Information Systems (Workday, SAP, ADP, intranet) focal point & support the team with transactional activities

    • Ensure cross countries data consistency and provide qualitative analysis of figures relative to different matters (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review, etc.)

  • Support Talent Management activities worldwide:

    • Talent attraction: sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, internships, early career programs, employment marketing and branding (social media posts, "top employer" rankings, events, etc)

    • Talent retention: employee experience, employment trends analysis

    • Talent development: global training program, talent program

  • Support other ad-hoc HR projects globally (e.g. employee recognition initiatives)

Education :

  • Successfully completed Degree in Human Resource Management

Skills & Competencies :

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in HR (preferably in the Airbus environment) : previous practical exposure and experience with HR administration is a strong asset

  • Experience working / studying / living abroad is highly appreciated

  • Knowledge of HR Information systems and databases, ideally WorkDay is a plus

  • Autonomy and adaptability

  • Pro-active mind-set and ability to anticipate

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities

  • Customer orientation and responsiveness, with a solution mindset

  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-awareness & empathy

  • English fluency

Principales responsabilités :

  • Attraction des talents : sourcing, recrutement, intégration, stages, programmes de début de carrière, marketing de l'emploi et image de marque (publications sur les réseaux sociaux, classements des meilleurs employeurs, événements, etc.)

  • Fidélisation des talents : expérience employé, analyse des tendances en matière d'emploi

  • Développement des talents : programme mondial de formation, programme de gestion des talents

  • Soutenir d'autres projets RH ponctuels à l'échelle mondiale (p. ex., initiatives de reconnaissance des employés)

Formation :

  • Obtention d'un diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines

Compétences et aptitudes :

Nous recherchons des candidats possédant les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :

  • Expérience en RH (de préférence chez Airbus) : une expérience pratique et une expérience en administration RH sont un atout majeur.

  • Une expérience professionnelle, d'études ou de séjour à l'étranger est fortement appréciée.

  • Connaissance des systèmes d'information RH et des bases de données, idéalement WorkDay, est un plus.

  • Autonomie et adaptabilité.

  • Esprit proactif et capacité d'anticipation.

  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, aptitudes au travail en équipe et au réseautage.

  • Orientation client et réactivité, avec un esprit de recherche de solutions.
