YOUR IMPACT
Focused on driving business success, the Senior HR Business Partner is a member of the business leadership team, providing confidential counsel to Senior and Executive level leadership in our Corporate organizations. This role is a strategic and operational in nature, with an assigned client base, working to ensure the company achieves its business goals and objectives. The Senior HRBP acts as an internal consultant and resource, who proactively supports the unique needs of their function. Key areas of focus and consultation include: Leadership Development, Organizational Design and Restructuring, Talent Management and Workforce planning; Total Rewards; Employee Relations, and Employee Engagement. In addition, this role will partner with their assigned function to identify and resolve critical issues, while working alongside our HR COE (Centre's of Excellence) to implement programs that align with Global HR Corporate objectives.
