Tasks
Human Resources Management:
Optimize employee management and improve communication to minimize conflicts and reduce turnover.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee file management.
Ensure compliance with regulations (CNESST, certifications) and manage disciplinary measures.
Develop compensation practices and manage employee benefits.
Participate in workplace health and safety initiatives.
Employer Branding & Employee Engagement:
Position the company as an employer of choice and enhance its visibility.
Manage internal and digital HR communications.
Organize corporate events and promote talent retention.
Stay up to date with best HR practices.
Strategic Support & Development:
Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Foster a culture of engagement and a positive work environment.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Education: BAA in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Administration (HR concentration), or Organizational Development.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in IT tools, excellent communication in French.
Must be able to travel to construction sites periodically.
Knowledge Quebec labor laws, construction industry (an asset).
