Reporting to the HR Director, Business Partnering, we’re looking for a human resources advisor to continue to co-create the optimal context for individual & business growth. You will have the opportunity to execute the HR processes across the operations team and work on various HR projects to support the team. You will learn best HR practices within a high performing organization.
More specifically:
• HR Delivery Excellence – ensure HR services are provided as appropriate to meet internal respective client needs & HR fundamentals processes are delivered and respected
• Culture driver – Support implementation of actions that will contribute to Danone’s purposeful, inclusive and empowered culture.
• Talent Cycle – Support the HR team in the talent cycle execution (Objectives setting, talent review, development plan & performance management.
• Transversal HR activities & Projects – Lead and animate transversal HR topic for Danone Canada working with different HR team member. This will represent 50% of your time.
