We’re looking for a Sr HR Business Partner. You will be a member of your client groups’ leadership team and will have a leadership role in building & executing the HR strategy for your groups. Also, you will play a significant role in leading the execution of the people cycle by providing best in class processes to the whole HRBP team.
More specifically:
• Engage with the business – develop an understanding of the business and processes and build HR strategy connected to business needs;

• HR Delivery Excellence – ensure HR services are provided as appropriate to meet internal respective client needs, identify new opportunities where HR can add value and maintain knowledge of HR issues.
• People cycle: animate with the business the execution of the people cycle by providing the processes, tools and documentation to deliver best in class experience for HRBPs, employees and people managers – leading the KPIs for all people process to achieve our ambition.
