We are currently searching for a Bilingual Recruitment Coordinator to join our Recruitment team. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the provision of a professional, quality talent acquisition service by performing a range of duties within the full cycle recruitment.

This role will be based in our Brossard Head Office in Montreal, QC.

Job Overview:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for the provision of a professional, quality talent acquisition service by performing a range of duties within the full cycle recruitment. You will support recruitment operations with a sense of urgency, along with a strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy in all related work.

In this role you will be responsible for providing necessary support such as (but is not limited to): creating employment agreements, administrating new hire onboarding in our HRIS, assisting with monthly recruitment reports, supporting Recruitment Advisors with preparing and posting job ads to multiple platforms. Primarily this role provides administrative support, however, will be asked to participate in recruitment efforts and continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment Advisors, Manager and other key stakeholders to coordinate and help manage the recruitment process including creating, posting, monitoring and updating job ads as business needs change
  • Prepare employment agreements (offer letters) and administer New Hire onboarding
  • Support and provide best practices within our recruitment processes with the recruitment operations
  • Work in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams when required
  • Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations, and company policies
  • Assist the Recruitment Advisor, Manager and other key stakeholders on ad hoc projects and produce reports as and when required
  • Any other duties as assigned by your leader

Education, Credentials, Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years in a Recruitment role or HR administration role that had a strong focus in full cycle recruitment, preferably in a health care environment
  • Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Commerce or a related field is considered an asset

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Must be bilingual (English/French)
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, HRIS and other recruitment tools.
  • Proven ability to prioritize duties/projects, multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment with constant demands.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player and professional
  • Strong customer service orientation, sensitive to the needs of the hiring managers and understanding importance of diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Proficient usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication required to guide hiring managers, manage New Hire on-boarding and function well with the HR and Payroll teams
