Tasks
HR Needs Assessment: Collaborate with clients to analyze their needs and define assignments.
HR Monitoring: Continuously monitor HR trends, new practices in HR management, and legislative changes.
Organizational Development: Propose and implement policies, programs, and actions to ensure compliance and strengthen corporate culture, improve internal communication, change management, and employee motivation.
Labor Relations and Performance Management: Provide support to clients in managing conflicts, complaints, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Compensation and Benefits: Advise on compensation policies, develop salary scales and reference materials, and analyze employee benefits to optimize the company's attractiveness and competitiveness.
Strategic Talent Management Consulting: Assist in defining recruitment, retention, and talent development strategies; support clients in their recruitment processes and handle tasks related to talent acquisition.
Occupational Health and Safety Management: Help implement actions and practices to prevent workplace risks, protect employee health, and ensure a safe working environment; manage CNESST files.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with payroll and accounting teams to ensure payroll accuracy and manage HR administrative processes.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources management and/or organizational development for HR projects with SMEs.
Expertise in staffing, compensation, health and safety, labor relations, etc.
Bilingualism (written and spoken) to support a primarily English-speaking clientele.
Access to a vehicle to visit existing and potential clients.
Ability to travel within the Greater Montreal area.
CRHA designation is an asset.
