Tasks

  • Define and deploy HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals and directions.
  • Advise management on strategic issues related to human capital and organizational development.
  • Lead the entire recruitment cycle: develop attraction strategies, selection processes, write job offers, and integrate new talent.
  • Structure and coordinate training programs, skills development, and succession planning.
  • Promote a motivating organizational culture based on shared values.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
  • Manage performance evaluation processes, recognition, and total compensation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage labor relations, and handle disciplinary cases.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of HR: personnel files, absence and leave tracking, management of collective insurance plans and group RRSPs.
  • Optimize the use of HR technological tools, including the "Folks RH" system.
  • Provide active advisory support to managers to ensure effective and humane team management.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in human resources management, ideally in the services or insurance sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • CRHA certification is an asset.
  • Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
