Tasks
Conduct market analyses for each position and design impactful recruitment marketing strategies with tailored pricing.
Implement and monitor strategies to maximize their impact.
Propose innovative solutions to the operations team to optimize the attractiveness of profiles.
Write and personalize detailed recruitment marketing descriptions, as well as internal and external communications to support operations.
Produce detailed reports and provide real-time campaign monitoring to support recruitment teams.
Perform quarterly reviews, including performance, editorial assistance, and feedback received.
Prepare and lead training sessions on recruitment marketing and posting strategies.
Ensure ongoing training for advisors and marketing colleagues as needed.
Contribute to achieving talent attraction goals.

Post job ads on various platforms.
Send emails and establish contact with potential networks.
Perform other related tasks.

Job requirements
3 years of experience in recruitment marketing or marketing within a human resources company.
College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or human resources (a significant asset).
At least 1 year of customer service experience, whether in B2C or B2B.
Excellent command of French grammar.
Excellent command of English, both oral and written, as we work with companies across Canada on a daily basis 50% of the time.
Have access to a vehicle in order to travel to other offices.
In-depth knowledge of the recruitment sector.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook mainly) and ease with using CRM-type software.
