The Landing Gear Market specializes in the design, qualification, manufacture and repair and overhaul of landing gears and flight critical components to a customer base that extends from the OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to the Operators in both the commercial and military markets.

The selected intern will be responsible for supporting the complete staffing process in addition to being involved in supporting the HR advisor in data entry/creation of employee files, creation of training materials to generate and improve data reports on various performance indicators related to the workforce. (Excel and HRIS system)
• Participate in the entire staffing process.
• Assist on the onboarding and integration of new employee's process.
• Support the HR advisor in various other projects, particularly related to training management.
• Assist in the administration of various quarterly processes; enter data into SIRH and/or KPI HR reports.
• Participate in the development, customization, and implementation of HR technology systems and tools.
• Support the implementation of new administrative and operational processes
• Support HR coordinators in various other projects, particularly related to workforce management.
• Participate in HR department improvement projects.
• All other daily human resources tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, social sciences, or administration in progress.
• Available for part-time work after an internship - an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel, is required.
• Ability to communicate in French/English, both written and spoken.
• Skills and abilities in problem-solving and business analysis.
