Your future role on our team

Join BBA and put your skills to work as part of the Talent Acquisition team by actively contributing to business objectives in talent attraction, acquisition and retention. You'll serve as an advisor in a rapidly changing environment and work with an exceptional team focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing. Your roles and responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies, sourcing and evaluating candidates, conducting salary analyses, coaching managers and completing internal projects.

  • Advise hiring managers through a collaborative approach and coaching
  • Lead the entire recruitment process for your client groups
  • Serve as an ambassador for the firm's culture, values and candidate experience
  • Maintain a network of candidates using various sourcing methods
  • Develop, refine and execute talent attraction and acquisition strategies
  • Use our IT systems, technology platforms and social networks daily
  • Maximize the use of our LinkedIn Recruiter licences, mainly for passive candidate sourcing
  • Promote the BBA brand through social media, networking events, career fairs and more
  • Perform screening interviews and promote career opportunities at BBA
  • Coordinate and hold interviews with managers and ensure thorough follow-ups
  • Prepare and present job offers, in collaboration with HR business partners and hiring managers
  • Complete assigned projects in collaboration with other team members

Summary of certifications and job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, industrial relations, communications or another relevant program of study
  • At least three years of experience in talent attraction
  • Knowledge of best practices for candidate sourcing
  • Ability to handle several files simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written
  • Asset: mastery of Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Asset: passion for technology
  • Asset: experience in corporate recruiting
