About the role

Are you passionate about guiding organizations through transformative change? Do you thrive on creating strategies that help people adapt to new processes and technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to join our team and lead our efforts in managing the people side of change.

What you'll do here:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of new initiatives.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Design and deliver training programs and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to embrace change.

  • Create and execute communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.

  • Identify and manage potential resistance to change, and develop strategies to address it.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (8+ years) in change management, organizational development, or a related role.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using change management software and tools.

  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country. In other provinces, bilingualism (French/English) will be considered a strong asset.
