About the role
As an HR Systems Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving the Contact People (Workday) system.
You will have the opportunity to:
Discover the workings of a constantly evolving cloud-based system that enhances the experience of employees and managers.
Establish and develop partnerships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization: HR, finance, IT, managers, employees.
Participate in the evolution of the Contact People (Workday) system in a North American company focused on talent management, covering the following modules: HR, Compensation, Performance, Payroll, Time and Absence, Recruitment, Talent, Training and Development.
What you'll do here:
Respond to and manage tickets transferred by the HR service center related to questions or issues with HR systems.
Perform an initial diagnosis when a problem is raised.
Collaborate with senior consultants and specialists to identify both the causes and solutions for the issues raised.
Your role also includes performing certain validations, corrections, and configurations to ensure compliance with organizational processes and to maintain and improve data integrity.
Keep the relevant teams informed throughout this process.
Propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce the number of tickets at the service center.
Document identified solutions to accelerate the resolution of future tickets.
Write test scenarios for system improvements and the correction of identified issues.
Conduct and document functional tests.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in administration, IT management, or human resources management.
Two years of relevant experience in human resources, compensation, performance, payroll, time and absence, recruitment, talent.
Experience with HR systems (Workday is an asset).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Organizational skills (planning, document management, follow-ups).
High adaptability.
Bilingualism is required in French and English. You will regularly interact with colleagues across the country.
No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
