You will also leverage the aggregated assessment data to inform talent decisions and support succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage the executive recruitment team and oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection of senior-level talent.

What will you do?

  • Provide in-depth debriefs to executives on their assessment results, highlighting their strengths, areas for improvement, and development opportunities.
  • Analyze and interpret the aggregated assessment data, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leaders and HR partners on talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage the executive recruitment team, and provide guidance and direction on the sourcing, screening, and selection of senior-level candidates, while balancing intern/external hiring ratio.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of the executive recruitment process, and monitor key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, HR partners, assessment vendors, and executive search firms.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the field of industrial/organizational psychology, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

What do you need to succeed?

  • PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in designing and conducting assessments for executives and high-potential employees, preferably in a large and complex organization.
  • Expert knowledge of psychometric theory and practice, and proficiency in using various assessment tools and methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize and communicate complex data and findings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to provide constructive and actionable feedback to executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, and experience in leading and developing a high-performing team.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide.
