The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Human Resources Coordinator. This job is full-time permanent.
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a dynamic work environment.
Your challenges:
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing documents and coordinating orientations.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration as needed.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Help organize training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Provide case management support for leave management and worker's comp claims.
Your profile:
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support (internship experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS software (an asset).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient written and verbal communication in French and English* along with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter with a versatile ability to find collaborative solutions.
• Strong team player who embraces change and is committed to continuous improvement.
