About the role

We're looking for a Manager, Change Leadership, to join our growing team for a 12-Month contract opportunity!

What you'll do here:

  • Lead and manage Change Leadership Advisors to effectively utilize strengths of team members.

  • Train/mentor/coach/guide individuals and teams and act as an enabler and give them the support they need to excel.

  • Effectively identify and develop talent, demonstrate strong performance management within your team.

  • Enhance and improve employee engagement levels.

  • Provide change leadership support and vision; formalize reporting, processes, training, toolkits and resources to support change leadership activities within the claims organization.

  • Apply influence and negotiation to gain support and achieve consensus.

  • Seek out opportunities and provide team support on high impact changes aligned to the claims strategy.

  • Identify and assess risks related to change, implement risk mitigation strategies including severity and impact assessments.

  • Develop strategic relationships with claims stakeholders, up to senior executive.

  • Provide overall project reporting - scorecards, progress reports, metrics, issues, costs, etc.

  • Monitor adoption of changes, change leadership maturity and provide recommendations to various levels of stakeholders to increase effectiveness and resiliency to change.


What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or any combination of equivalent education and experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Change Management Certification Required (Prosci or other equivalent and relevant certification)

  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an asset

  • Chartered Insurance Professional certification (CIP) or strong knowledge of P&C insurance is an asset

  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Sharepoint

  • Strong data analysis and storytelling skills

  • Capable of converting strategy into action, you have a personable, effective and confident manner with the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders

  • Independent Thinker - Not afraid to challenge the status-quo

  • Fast learner

  • Resilient and Versatile

  • No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada.

  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
