Multifunctional Manager (Weekends) - Recruitment Specialist

Tasks

• As Recruitment Advisor: you will be the maestro of the entire recruitment process—from candidate sourcing to interviews and follow-ups. You will have the privilege of uncovering the most exceptional talent for our clients. Another unique opportunity awaits you at our clients' offices to fully understand their recruitment needs, while regularly ensuring high-quality follow-ups.
• As a weekend manager: you will conduct all office activities on Saturdays and Sundays. From welcoming spontaneous candidates at our Côte-des-Neiges office, to integrating new employees with our clients, attentively following up with our team and clients, sending time sheets, and working toward your recruitment goals: you will juggle all these responsibilities based on office workflow and current priorities. You will also need to be available to participate in event activities as needed. Expect weekends rich in variation and stimulating challenges!
