Tasks
Develop and execute talent attraction strategies using a mix of job platforms, social media, professional associations, mass emails, events, and innovative approaches.
Analyze the job market for each role (titles, competition, candidate pools) and recommend the best strategies for job postings, sourcing, and headhunting.
Write compelling job postings and optimize their distribution by testing different versions and formats.
Manage recruitment campaign budgets, balancing investments between sponsored postings, headhunting, and other attraction tools.
Track campaign performance, adjust strategies in real-time, and create analytical reports to measure effectiveness.
Train recruitment consultant on best practices for job postings, talent attraction, and recruitment marketing strategies.
Oversee job platform usage, associated budgets, and manage agreements with employment partner.
Continuously research and test new job posting channels and innovative approaches to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
Contribute to the development and evolution of recruitment marketing services by collaborating on strategic initiatives and internal brainstorming sessions.
Carry out any related tasks to support the smooth operation of the recruitment marketing service and assist the marketing team with projects aligned with your strategies.

Job requirements
3 years of experience in recruitment marketing or marketing within an HR firm.
College diploma (DEC) or university degree (BAC) in marketing, communications, or HR (a strong asset).
At least 1 year of experience in customer service (B2C or B2B).
Excellent command of French and English grammar.
Bilingual (French/English), both spoken and written, as we serve businesses across Canada.
A third language is an asset, as we work with a multicultural community and conduct international recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to work in a CRM-based digital environment.
Desired profile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Good judgment and discernment.
Ability to work as part of a team, motivate others, supervise, and coordinate projects.
