The SMB Enablement team supports the SMB Sales and marketing organization, including over 1000 team members and partners, both in Canada and internationally. SMB sales is focused on acquiring new business and retention of our existing business and management of our sales partners. Training and Activation drives the team member lifecycle experience including onboarding, training, growth/development and channel readiness activities to ensure our teams can deliver excellent, consistent results.

The Senior Learning Specialist within the SMB Enablement team is responsible for the new hire training program including its governance, content and delivery. This team member will lead our new hires to success and partners with our Sales Managers and Directors to ensure they are set up for success moving into the SMB Sales organization.

Your team supports a broad range of key initiatives such as standing up new programs such as training and development, team member experiences and engagement. Along with a strong background in content development, program building and facilitation - the successful candidate needs to demonstrate high emotional intelligence, influential leadership, exemplary communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously empowering themselves through program ownership.

Here's how

• You are bilingual in French and English and love facilitating to small and large groups both in person and virtually
• Learning, collaborating and executing with stakeholders across SMB to ensure content, processes and messaging is clear and consistent
• Enhancing and driving the new hire sales program ensuring sales reps are supported through their ramping period (from 0-4 months)
• Program governance and measurement - including compliance, sales results, and competency testing
• Create content that is required for new hire success from product training to soft skills sales training

Intermediate knowledge of English is required, because you will, most of the time, interact in English with internal parties (i.e., colleagues or stakeholders), interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.), work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English, as part of this position's main responsibilities, given its national scope.
