The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing and summarizing client and project information concisely and logically, ensuring that insights are easily understood and actionable.
• Contribute to high-quality client deliverables with strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and structured communication.
• Support change management, workforce transformation, and HR initiatives by conducting research, preparing presentations, and gathering data to drive insights.
• Work closely with project teams to understand client needs, identify challenges, and propose effective, innovative solutions that align with their strategic goals.
• Demonstrate critical thinking by asking clarifying questions, proactively addressing risks, and raising potential solutions.
• Maintain accountability for work quality and ensure deliverables align with client and project objectives.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and internal team members to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• A related bachelor's degree.
• Basic understanding of business development, consulting methodologies, and project delivery expectations.
• Interest in workforce transformation, organizational design, or talent management.
• Fluency in French and English (bilingualism is a requirement for this role).
• Previous experience in consulting or a related field would be considered an asset.
