We are looking for a strategic planning advisor who will report to the manager, strategic planning and PMO HR. You will support the manufacturing sites in building and implementing our people strategic plan. As part of your role, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement and success of global talent management initiatives for our plant employees.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Support our global HR team to develop, implement and follow through our strategic people plan for our manufacturing sites.
  • Prepare people-related reports, analytics, and dashboard to enable decision making.
  • Review upcoming governance and connect with key partners to gather relevant people information and data.
  • Build various presentations for executives (quarterly update to management committee, people day etc.).
  • Support the deployment of our global talent programs for manufacturing sites and collaborate with our local team in Canada.
  • Participate in the implementation of best practices to improve the efficiency of our HR processes as well as our strategic planning process.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in global company with responsibilities in human resources, talent management and/or project management.
  • Ability to collaborate in a global team environment and adapt to fast-paced and changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using MS office & Google suites.
  • Attention to detail, organization and strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate people data into a convincing story.
  • Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international partners.
