You Are:

As a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead, you will lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations and serve as a key advisor for our clients in optimizing their HR processes. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of Employee Central, strong project management capabilities, and a proven ability to lead teams through complex implementations. In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver (internal and external) client value. You'll ensure that your team's work is innovative and brings value, leveraging Accenture's offerings and best practices to all engagements. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues and quickly isolate root causes, demonstrating comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty while adapting to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Employee Central implementation projects, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates and reasonable schedule for project related activities
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, configuration, and customizations to meet the client's HR transformation goals.
  • Consistently demonstrates sound business understanding and judgment for the company
  • Thoroughly synthesizes, distills and reconciles key findings from complex sets of information to identify trends and potential issues
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead workshops with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide training, or discuss project scope and objectives.
  • Capture key decisions, action items, and feedback from workshops, and circulate these to stakeholders post-session.
  • Track progress on all deliverables to ensure alignment with the project timeline and escalate issues where necessary. Facilitate sign-offs for key deliverables, ensuring that stakeholders are fully informed and approvals are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Analyze client requirements and design comprehensive payroll solutions that meet their business objectives, ensuring compliance with local and international payroll regulations.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of payroll solutions with overall business processes.
  • Support business development activities by contributing to proposals, presentations, and client meetings, leveraging your expertise to win new projects.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, configuration, and customizations to meet the client's HR transformation goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors trends, releases, and innovations to ensure the adoption of the latest features and capabilities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Employee Central.
    • Experience leading full-cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations from requirements gathering to go-live.
    • Familiarity with HR processes and how they are enabled through Employee Central.
    • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
    • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central functionality, including data models, workflows, business rules, and reporting.
    • Understanding around integrating Recruiting/Onboarding with Employee Central
  • Leadership Skills:
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
    • Demonstrates awareness of the different ways individuals relate to change and provides the appropriate support and guidance
    • Provides guidance and direction that is in the client's (internal and external) best interest, ensuring client-centric solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Keeps project objectives and goals in mind while ensuring team decisions create a collective sense of purpose.
    • Proactively mitigates risks by identifying potential pitfalls and developing strategies to avoid them, considering the client's risk tolerance.
    • Balances work priorities to ensure high performance and timely execution while actively identifying opportunities for team development.
    • Uses discretion when handling sensitive matters and mediates discussions to reach outcomes that achieve shared goals based on multiple perspectives when resolving a conflict

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, HR, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in one or more modules (Employee Central preferred).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors , which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in selected locations.

Annual Salary Range: $73,300 to $155,000
