As a SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 Lead you are responsible to deliver end-to-end solutions for clients looking to optimize their recruitment and employee onboarding processes. In this role the consultant will work with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 modules, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate selection to employee onboarding. In this role, you will actively identify and pursue innovative opportunities/approaches to create and deliver (internal and external) client value. You'll ensure that your team's work is innovative and brings value, leveraging Accenture's offerings and best practices to all engagements. You will synthesize complex information to identify trends and potential issues and quickly isolate root causes, demonstrating comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and uncertainty while adapting to changing circumstances.
