Tasks
Full recruitment process: Manage the entire recruitment process for both temporary and permanent positions, from posting job openings to presenting candidates to clients.
Employee management: Follow up on the integration and well-being of your employees, ensuring a positive work environment for them to perform their best.
Regular client visits: Meet with clients on-site to assess their needs and adjust employee assignments while ensuring compliance with work standards.
Administrative follow-up: Ensure the management of working hours, validation of time sheets, and processing of all administrative tasks related to employees.
Maintaining strong relationships: Foster trust-based relationships with your clients and candidates by proactively and reactively addressing their needs.
Adaptability: Manage multiple files simultaneously, quickly reassess priorities, and adjust according to client needs or emergencies.
Perform any other related tasks.

Job requirements
Recruitment experience: You have experience in recruitment, particularly in the industrial sector or in customer service, where you have demonstrated your ability to identify and attract top talent.
Communication skills: You are fluent in French and have an intermediate level of English to communicate effectively with our clients and team.
Proficiency with computer tools: A good mastery of tools such as Outlook, CRM systems, and the Office Suite is an important asset for this role.
Travel: You have access to a vehicle for client visits and for commuting to our Snowdon office in Montreal.
